4. Why We Started This Podcast
So Brooke, since this was your idea, why did we start this podcast?
-We both have regular full time jobs and young children at home, so time is a precious commodity. There’s not always much time to listen to a 30 minute to 1 hour podcast. So we decided a podcast covering the relevant topics of investing in real estate in a 5 minute format would be very useful to a lot of people.
-We wanted to Educate people about actively investing in multifamily real estate, as well as investing passively through syndications, Joint Ventures or partnerships. After all, there’s more than one way to benefit from all the advantages that an investment in real estate has to offer.
-Now, Some topics need longer than 5 minutes to discuss. In that case, we’ll just publish multiple episodes on that topic. So, if you have more time, then you can just listen to a bunch in a row.
-If we break up topics into 5 minute chunks, you can get to your goal of investing faster. And everyone has 5 minutes here and there, no matter how busy they are.
-We named our podcast High Yield Real Estate Investing Podcast not just because real estate can be a high yield investment, but also because in the medical field High Yield means concentrating information into the most condensed form that still maintains the maximum value possible.
